Steve Jobs cancer rumor sparks Apple worries

Apple chief executive Steve Jobs may be receiving treatment from the Stanford Cancer Center, according to reports in not particularly reputable publications. Those rumors were belied by the fact Jobs actually showed up at a dinner with President Obama on Thursday, but they fed into the general uncertainty about Jobs’ health -- after all, our coverage became VentureBeat's biggest story of the week.
